As a reminder to those who may not know.. You can open this up, drop in 2 rechargeable 9V batteries, and then take it on the road. Or in the next room. Or wherever you need a headphone amp without having to deal with an AC adapter. While the form factor is not really something you can fit in your pocket, it can fill a "portable" gap.
For example, my home theater is loud, and my receiver's headphone output is underpowered. When I feel like using headphones while watching a movie, I use a TRS-to-dual-RCA cable to feed the O2 with the headphone out of my receiver. The O2 gives me plenty of juice, no power cable needed, and (most importantly) I can watch a movie without waking up people in the next room.
