Another vote for the power plug and audio input jacks to be located on the back.

That is the way the standard O2 was designed a few years ago by NwAvGuy. The goal was reference quality and low cost before aesthetics, especially for DIY I think. Having all the inputs and outputs at the front meant that if you were to build this yourself, you'd have the cheapest but best performing headphone amp possible.
The enclosure specified comes with plain front and rear plates. By having all the I/O in the front, you wouldn't have to drill or buy a custom rear plate. It might seem silly, but I believe this made the O2 easier to assemble and lower cost for a high performance amp.
Obviously, with a large order like this, cost of implementing these features should decrease, and hopefully we can have these options for a nominal fee.
