Has anyone had issues installing it? My computer failed to recognize it and find proper drivers, even though it seems its supposed to be Plug N Play.
Have you tried using another USB port? Try using a 2.0 instead of a 3.0 port. It is a Plug N Play experience for me after windows 7 installed the driver by itself.
Did it actually install something? Any way I could get it? It only shows up as an unrecognized device even when deleted completely from device manager.
It is installed as ODAC-revB USB DAC in my device manager under "Sound, video, and game controllers". Have you tried plugging the O2+ODAC on another computer?
Do you possibly have driver downloads from windows updates turned off. Even though I believe this should be a built in Windows 7+ driver.
Ive contacted MassDrop support and apparently already did all the proper troubleshooting. RMA incoming hopefully.
Mine stopped working and I suspect my DAC is broken. This is exactly what I was worried about... Waited till December and now product is broken from the start when I got it and approaching Christmas and new year...so probably I have to wait ~1 month for them to get an reply after holidays and even more for problem to be fixed...
Edit - nvm..they responded fairly quick
