How does it compare to the Fostex HP-A4 which is USD100 more? Right now, the HP-A4 is around USD250 on Amazon JP. I do prefer the more premium look of the HP-A4. But sound wise, I don't really know.
Or is there any other better USB DAC/AMP combo alternatives for USD100-300 with RCA output?

lvwsyI didn't find much information on the HP-A4. From what I gather it isn't impressive other than looks. Low output power but probably still adequate.
I heared good things about the Topping DX3 Pro if you really want an all in one for like $20 or $30 more than the O2 SDAC from DROP. The O2 SDAC is pretty decent too just with less features and output power.
edit: I notice DX3 Pro now has an output resistance of of 10 ohms for version 2. This is enough to affect the frequency response of low impedance headphones (80 ohms or less headphones).
