UPDATE FOR MAY-SEPTEMBER PURCHASERS
Hi Everyone,
We have an important update on your Drop O2 + SDAC DAC/Amp.
For those anticipating receiving a replacement, we apologize for the additional delays. The new units are currently in transit and we anticipate these being delivered to our warehouse in late December.
We’ll update you with the new expected ship date as soon as we have the confirmed timeframe on when these will reach our warehouse.

JaleesaGHow does one sign up for the replacement unit? I'm constantly unplugging mine and re-connecting it to get audio back.

JaleesaGHave all the replacement units been sent out yet? I can see that some people have received their’s back in February but I still haven’t heard anything.
