Lump in some rechargeable CR123s and a charger and I'd consider it. Picked up the Reylight Pineapple a few months ago for like, $35. It's damn near about as powerful with a single 14500.

KilsimivThe Pineapple is awesome, the only thing I'd like is a better-fitted click switch, they have enough wiggle that it feels like a weakness in an otherwise well built light.
And maybe a clip redesign that does away with the 90° angled thin steel strut. Just something to make it less likely to bend outward.

OmniseedI've always been a fan of Spyderco's wire clips. Sturdy, and honestly I feel like they snag less. Probably more likely to snag in certain situations, but not in my experience. I agree about the wiggle. It'd be nice if there was a spring, tritium included, and maybe a rubber gasket on the switch as well so it's waterproof. I assume the inner button is waterproof, but I haven't tested it

KilsimivI would be so happy if we could buy a wire clip upgrade, you're so right about Spyderco-style clips. Except on heavy knives they're the best.
