So far, the tracking number comes up as invalid since it was placed into the transactions as shipped. Two emails to support and not one response to explain if the item was shipped, only processed as a lable and not yet made or what? After today and a call to my bank to stop payment, I will avoid using DROP for purchasing again. There are better lights and better systems for purchasing and obtaining fixes for my flashlight obsession.
