i was afraid of the same thing. They have VERY low impedance, so you get a more dramatic effect from damping factor. I'm running them off of my galaxy S9+ without any issue. you can also get the Radsone ES100 if its something that is a big concern for you, but personally i've done a bit of AB testing (non double blind) and personally i cant tell much, if any, difference. maybe its a tiny bit bassier but its not like you cant use them.
shrimantsThe IEM suited my taste in terms of audio re-production. No issues running off my phone which is an iPhone Max. I usually pair with a Bluetooth DAC (either the Bluewave or Astel) and they sound fantastic. A word of advise. Don't just focus on the equipment alone. Please remember that it is just as important to ensure that you have good quality audio files to start off with. A good friend of mine once shared many years back that a good pair of cans will make good music sound better as it brings out the details. It will also make a bad piece of music sound worse off because it will show off the flaws or what is lacking ..... clichéd but the whole chain is as strong as its weakest link. Hope this helps.
They are not overly analytical, with a very solid base fundament. They difference between my odac and my phone is minimal. UNnlike and Etymotic ER4 where you will clearly hear a difference.
The fourth picture above shows a two pin connector for the cable to headphone interface. I'm no expert, so if there's more than one type of two pin option, this answer only gets you part way there.
