Do these have a pressure vent? I find most IEMs create an uncomfortable pressure in my ears when they seal.

Ah, I believe you have the good problem with IEMs. You get a great seal. Too good at times.
I have this "better" problem at times and then I <just let a little air in to equalize pressure>.
That will give you comfort, let the drivers "breathe" and keep the bass in.
When you have an uncomfortable vacuum it can be uncomfortable + inhibit driver/air movement. Getting the right balance in the closed system (the Plus have vented drivers but not vented faceplates) is key to the best performance and comfort.
