sirkuttinI had a discussion with Massdrop support, they say this is not a parameter covered by warranty. What I have been told is that color/discolorization is not an important aspect of an IEM. Even though they make it a point in the description of the product what color it is, it seems like the color doesn't matter. By these standards, the IEMs could turn pink after a week and you are out of luck.

cwelton17Sorry but this is not true. I actually had my Ebony Fostex hinge break after a couple months and they wee more than helpful for that. I just don't fully love that the discolorization doesn't have any warranty. I talked with support and they were very stern on this but still very helpful.

sirkuttinFor what it's worth this happens to lots of cables and is never covered. My 64audio cable turned green too.
