I hope all of you folks mentioning that the same can be bought from Amazon for 315 bucks took a look at the tax during checkout process. I put the item in the shopping cart and it added 30$ tax. Of course there are other places from which it can be bought, but Amazon is not the right one by the looks of it. It is strange how they workout the tax.. i added an He400i to the cart and it has 0 tax.

It depends on the vendor and what state you are in. Try looking for the other buying options, look for something still fulfilled by Amazon but by a third party vendor, and it should indicate which ones don't tax you.
Used to be Amazon did always tax, but lately they've made it easier to avoid tax.

Download an app called HONEY , this app will look through all Amazon to find you the best price within entire website and it will alert you with a drop down menu indicating that you can get the same item via a different seller at a cheaper price. You may not capitalize on prime two day delivery but most likely on tax. It's a very good app. Once downloaded Honey will scan your interest searches. You can also try downloading wiki buy but I have fun inaccuracies with their prices. Honey is the way to go.... completely safe and free app.
