Nope - they will go to the MD warehouse/distribution point in US and then come all the way back, so make sure you know the process for paying the VAT/import tax/import duty. I'm in the UK and I'm trying to get some definitive information myself.

All in, if I get charged 20% VAT then around 2.5% duty, its around 250 GBP I guess. Which is still cheaper than the 300+ GBP for the HD650s, but I just hope that it doesnt get lost in import limbo... Still on the fence tbh

Bare in mind the shipping is free - what this means is that as @jonathan_phang said, literally the only difference of having them sent to the US then back to the EU would be the fact that shipping takes a little longer and you might need to pay 2-5% duty.
The price shown here, $250, does not include VAT as their target audience is the US market; even if they shipped from Ireland to wherever you live in the EU you'd still have to pay 19-25% VAT depending on where you live.
