I wouldn't worry about it. There are a lot of factors when measuring headphones. You could measure the exact same headphone on three different measurement rigs and get three very different response curves. Scaling, smoothing, and range can also make curves look very different. That's why frequency comparisons are really only useful when they performed on the same rig.
