Hi, how could I ask for a full refund for this headphone. ?

If you ordered for this drop, they don't ship until December... If you want to cancel, then you should be able to understand your transactions page (little person icon in the upper left -> transactions).
If you ordered in the original November drop last year, that's another story.
Has the original Nov. Drop not happened yet either?
I didn't know that...so no one has heard these, none have been made?
I have a pair from the original late 2016 drop. Serial # 256... They are performing first rate!
No, they should have been delivered a while ago (barring an odd customs issue). 5000 were sold last November, and shipped December / early January if I recall. I don't remember the original drop details.
@Rong said he hasn't gotten his yet, which is expected if he just ordered them, but not if he ordered them in November.
Either way, they should sound identical to the HD650.
Thanks! I guess I will get it by the end of the year (2017). The only wish is to be charged less from the custom.
