What the hell? I just looked at my account and it seems that I was removed from this drop entirely (only evidence was their confirmation email with me joining.) Not even an email notifying me of any issues...
Drop them an email, they are very responsive to transaction questions. Usually within 24 hours.
I emailed them regarding a credit card I used for the purchase as I noticed that they had not billed for the purchase and that the card will expire before the delivery in December.
They came back to me within the next working day ( a monday).
Possibly there were some transaction issues.
