German Customs was 32,79 Euros @ 1 EUR == 1,24 USD for me.
DHL are sneaky. If you don't have the exact amount ready, they'll just leave with your package.

If I live in Belgium do I have to pay the German customs?

I'm not sure if the rates are EU-wide, so I wouldn't bet on it.

Belgium should have their own customs tax--if they have any at all.

Oh okay, thanks! I'll just need to wait a bit more.

I don't want to give you bad information, so I looked it up, instead of drawing from my secondhand experience as seller. What other have said, import fees vary by item, and is sometimes random. If for instances the item is a gift, and it's labeled as such, then most likely you will not have to pay an import fee. But if they shipper makes it clear it's a commercial product you bought, they are required to list the price, and sometimes you will have to pay an import fee to get your item.

Oh okay, my package is ready to go trough customs so I'll know it soon. Probably 21% tax + some other costs. Thanks again!
