Right so DHL says my package is delivered, but i've seen nobody comming, i was home all day waiting for them. Customer support is closed. yay

Remi2Same here for me. Never had a package stolen before either. Either delivery drivers want some sweet headphones or Massdrop massdropped the ball and labeled the packages as "expensive stuff inside". Should have required signatures, don't know why they didn't.

Remi2Actually just got a call from the apt office, they delivered to wrong door and a other tenant brought it to them. GL with yours, hope you find it!

Remi2Im happy that everything got sorted. I never received my pair, Massdrop mentioned it was lost in transit. So someone at DHL has a new pair of Sennheiser now.
