Its ridiculous that my order got shipped on the 9th of March, arrived in Frankfurt on the 13th and is still supposedly there?
Its the 4th of April now and as you can tell I am a bit upset, and that rightfully so.
To add to that, I live in Hamburg. Its a shipment to Germany. And its already in Frankfurt, which is just a couple hours away, c'mon I feel left out in the rain, cant you call up DHL and put some fire under their ass to find it/ship it?
Now Massdrop most likely can't actually do much about it, anyway I hope it arrives soon..

You'd probably have better results calling DHL yourself. Have you tried contacting them to find out what is going on? Wouldn't hurt to get in touch with Massdrop support as well.

I have requested finding a lost package via DHL, haven't heard anything from that yet.
Havent called them yet, but I'll call DHL either today or tomorrow.
Hope that fixes it, DHL pls give me my package ;-;

Nah, the DHL website says to contact shipper. They don't want the receiver to bombard them, it seems.

@Heavyboxer @RiflemanFirst Still contacted DHL today, told them the tracking ID and.... DHL lady confirmed yes its stuck in Frankfurt.
Thats basically it, they can only do an "investigation" if the shipper requests it, so I contacted Massdrop support in hopes that would get some gears turning for my package.
Seems like I can just continue waiting..

Sometimes packages somehow get "misplaced" by the handlers. I'm sure Massdrop will get it back on the move again or make it right. Good luck!

My father and older brother both work with a shipping company. They do this on purpose. They hold your shipment for as long as they can so their employees aren't sitting on ass all day with every package delivered already. Secondly, they keep it as long as possible because it's not fair to the other customers who paid for faster shipping. Why would they give away a premium service for free? However, massdrop is an exception due to how massdrop receives and sends drops that the community requests. Massdrop is usually pretty quick at getting your package sent to your carrier as fast as they allow.
Tldr; They're holding it because expedited shipping is a premium service which you did not pay for.

I honestly always had a good experience with DHL until now @Xpfreak. I really hope they arent just sitting on my package for 4 weeks in Frankfurt... thats just rude

Yeah four weeks doesn't sound like they have it. I'm almost certain that they either lost your package in shipping OR they lost it in their facility. And that's not uncommon with large companies. They're processing thousands of orders every day and are holding even more orders in their facilities. If they did in fact receive it in their facility, then they more than likely lost the package (there's always a possibility that an employee stole it. That's happened before too, but is highly unlikely.
Just call them up and say "hey my tracking number says my package has been sitting in your facility for <x days/weeks>. Are you sitting on ass all day or have you lost my damn package?"
And yes, use a little vulgar language. The whole point of customer service is to ensure the customer has a better experience with their company than any other company. They'll 100% expedite the process for you and you'll get your cans soon. And if for whatever reason they don't, ask for their manager and rant to him/her.
Tldr; read last two paragraphs to learn how to get your cans fast in this situation :)

I have already called them told them my number say huh yeah its apparently in Frankfurt, nothing they can do. But I contacted Massdrop support and they were so kindly to sent me another package (via UPS this time). Which is already in Germany now and a couple hours ago I payed the import charges (pretty convenient that you can just pay it online via UPS).
I'm assuming the packet will arrive next week (I hope for monday heh, but prolly more like Tues or Wed).
PS: I read your whole post then the TL DR then read the two pages again lol

Sounds like DHL goofed and the gods of Massdrop have blessed you with another care package from the heavens above. :o Lucky lucky. & Sorry that you had to read my posts more than once D: I seem to have the tendency to not know when to shut up so I keep rambling... Just got used to adding a TLDR onto most things since people don't like reading the entire posts I make lol

They arrived today and they feel great, light and easy on the ears and sound very balanced and crisp. I compared them to my old ATH M50 and for my poor ears I can just tell that they sound more crystal clear and slightly more quiet.
Didn't blew my mind, but they're very good as expected.

Damn bro. I ordered mine a couple weeks before you and still not expecting them to ship for another three months (July 13th).
Edit; Thought you said "Ordered on March 9th". I was one of the first 80 something people in early February.
