im sorry for not doing enough research, but how different is it from the regular 600 series? I know a world class mastering engineer who solely uses the 600 series.

Curieux88These are based off the HD650 so in short has more extended bass that is about it. 600 and 650 to my ears via classical music sound more the same than different.

blue2kid3Yep. 600 is as flat and clear. 650 is more lean back and has wider soudstage. 650s are better for games because of that. I've heard 600s are terrible for games
