My local post office delivered mine to the wrong address, after waiting 2 months! I know it isn't Massdrop's fault, and they were kind enough to refund my purchase, but I can't believe I have to wait for the next drop and possibly months more until I get mine! Aaaarrrrghhh

Unfortunately it's not clear. It was scanned as delivered, but according to USPS, and this is quoting from an email they sent me, "The item was scanned delivered, however the GEO/GPS confirms that the address is not that of the recipient. The item was misdelivered. The carrier was not able to retrieve the item."
They made sure to include "I suggest contacting the sender and have the item resent or refunded, if applicable. It is unfortunate that you never received this item. Under Title 18 of the U.S. Code, the Postal Service is excluded by federal law from liability for “any claim arising out of the loss, miscarriage or negligent transmission of letters or postal matter”. Reimbursement will not be rendered unless the (article, item, shipment) has been registered or insured."

Yet another reason no one wants to use USPS. “We admit we delivered it to the wrong place, but not going to do anything to make it right.” Tough luck.

I would die if it happen with me... I mean, I used USPS priority mail to send it in Brazil because it had tracker and insurance, and costs me 50 dolars.

I know the feeling, mine got returned to sender as local post claimed it was missing a post code, something I doubt would be missed by MD. >:( Waiting on Massdrop to look into my ticket now.
