I should have a pair of these rock up any day now and I am super keen. I currently own the HD 380 from Sennheiser which are also great, but I had the opportunity to compare and contrast with a friend's HD600 and the difference was superb. Instantly I noticed how snug and light they felt on my head, and I'm not ashamed to say that the highs sent shivers down my spine and brought tears to my eyes. Honestly, it was transformative. While I have a more discerning ear than most (my friends and family still think I'm crazy for not using $20 earbuds), I am no audiophile, but going back to the fantastic 380's, everything seemed... well, cheap and muddy.
Really looking forward to trying on the 6XX/650's, hopefully I like them as much as I did the 600's... I know there are differences but something tells me I won't be disappointed :)
