I received mine in Aug and love them. They sound wonderful. I usually play DSD/Flac-HD/Flac files or stream Tidal from my Pioneer XDP-100R dap via micro USB-otg to my Fiio Q5 headphone amp/dac and out through a 2.5mm Trrs balanced cable on my HD 6XX. Now I mainly use these headphones along with my Shure SE846. For on the go, I pair my SE846 with my LG V30 and it sounds great. My V30 actually does a decent job driving the HD 6XX. It definitely gets loud enough but it's cranked up there. Don't expect to use these headphone directly on an iPhone or any phone without an dac/amp, you won't be getting the most out of these headphones. Basically, these headphones do sound great with a wide variety of music and I think it's worth the price. Just be sure you have something that can drive them properly.

RCNYCI'm planning to buy v30 and 6xx. I don't have any Amp or dac at home. Would it be worth it to buy this headphone for mobile use only?

PrbnpdlNeoslover is right. The V30 can drive the headphones fine. The only thing is, these are open headphones. So if you live somewhere noisy, like NYC, I'm not sure if these will be good mobile headphones for you.
RCNYCLucky I been wanting some 846s for a while now they are way too expensive at the moment
