I joined the previous drop at the end of August. Shipped from the US 12/Sep, arrived in Finland 27/Sep, so 15 days, with customs clearance (online, minutes) It spent several days in Germany between the different logistics centres of DHL. The final leg is taken care of by the local post office.
If I were Massdrop, I'd arrange for shipment directly from Ireland to EU destinations, totally useless to have the goods cross the Atlantic twice.
The headphones are great, period. At 300Ὠ it can really make use of good amplification. Yes, I can drive them from my Sony A35 or Pioneer DSP1, but bringing the Fiio Q1 mkII into the chain improves sound a LOT.
It is so much the HD650, that the spec sheet even states that it comes with a 3m cable terminated with a 6,3mm plug plus a 6,3->3,5mm adapter, which is not the case :-)

WilcoRogerI just ordered one to the UK, I hope everything goes well with shipping and customs. I especially hope that the customs fees will not make it too expensive . So just like you, I think it would be great if there was shipping from Ireland to reduce fees and shipping time. I would defenitely use an European version of Massdrop more often (this is the first time I use them).
