I ordered on the 28th September. For some reason, Massdrop doesn't allow the word PO Box to be entered in the address field. Wrote to Massdrop immediately after the order to change the address, and include the word PO Box, as they use DHL Global Mail, which ships to PO Boxes where I am.
Brett from support replies on 2nd October, immediately after the item shows shipped, to tell me that it has already shipped and address cannot be changed. He then casually suggested I wait and see if the shipment fails and returns to Massdrop, and then they can do something about it (which is a 6-8 week process since these are going via mail).
What a fucking mess.
I had the same issue,i added the "Po box" in the second address line.
Solved the issue.You should try that next time.
Are you from the Arab emirates by any chance?if yes that it will go to the Emirates Post office closest to your address or the Head post office of your emirate.
I did try entering the words "PO Box" on a different line. Not sure which though. Will try the second line next time. Cheers.
