Got these in the mail on Friday, So far I have used them for music (Lossless with the Massdrop O2 + SDAC DAC/Amp), directly plugged into my phone (MP3 320kbps on Note 8) via the audio jack, plugged into my playstation 4 controller (playing Vampyr) via the audio jack.
I have several other pairs of headphones, Sennheiser PXC 550, Sennheiser HD598, Sennheiser HD558, Plantronics GameCom 780.
They are quite good, mid's are fantastic, highs are very solid, bass is accurate (which I personally like). it sounds better on an amp, but honestly sounds fine on the PS4 and Note 8 as well. now with the note 8 you do have to turn the volume all the way up, but it sounds good at that point. They sound good out of the box, and have been getting better every day with use.
Build quality is good, band is a bit tight if you wear glasses, many people have posted how to loosen up the band, if you have glasses (or want to wear glasses) when using them, you will likely want to do that.
overall, these are a solid deal, I have no complaints.
