Just a note: Most adult human beings cannot hear above the mid to upper teens so the listed 41 Khz goes probably further than dogs can here. #Pointless spec.
Not completely pointless. A wide frequency response usually indicates the linearity of response within the audible range, and also gives an indication of the phase information the headphone is capable of producing.
In other words: Audio-purist speak for: "I can brag about this spec when showing my friends."
A car can do 0-60 in 4 seconds and has a top speed of 220 mph. These are unusable specs to most people, but it gives information about the capabilities of the car and its engine. Yes you could also brag if you wanted, but that doesn't make it useless information.
