is anyone else getting some minor static in listening with these headphones? There are like little bursts of static that pop up occasionally when listening with these headphones, I've had em for a few months.

My Sennheiser HD300s do the same thing. By changing to different outputs I've quickly realized it's my computer and not the headphones. Thankfully. Sort of.

You might want to check your amp or pc or whatever is driving them to make sure you are grounded. This link talks about tube amps but it would still apply. https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/noisebuzzinghumming-from-tube-amps/

It really is a pc issue, the headphones are fine. It is probably caused by ground loops, which can be eliminated. This happens due to the usb cable (i suspect that is what you are using) carrying electrical current contrary to optical for example. Try different outputs and you will see for yourself
