Apperantly you can't even review the product under the review part when you have purchased the product for some reason. However I am here to warn other user that after less than a month of usage this headphones 3.5mm connector broke of inside of my phone, now i can't use my phones 3.5mm jack and would need to repair it, however I won't do that as I no longer trust Senheiser's products as regular usage for less than a month has made my 3.5mm jack in need of repair to get the broken of part out, along with a dismissive support on part of Senheiser. I expected the cord of a 260$ headphone (including tax and shipping) would have a cord that dosen't break from regular usage. Because of this reason I advice from buying this headset and other products having the same cord.
At first I was happy to get my first pair of expensive Senheiser headphones but now I will never buy anything from them again and advice other from doing so.
Sorry to hear this happened to you but this is pretty rare. Sennheisers have a solid reputation when it comes to build quality (for good reason). Sucks that this means you need your phone repaired. :(
I have more pairs of Sennheisers than I can count and have never had an issue with a single pair. I've replaced pads and headbands due to wear, but only after many years and lots of hours.
Thanks for the info. But did you order it from Europe?
As a daily Sennheiser user, I can say that unless this is a rare case of factory fault, the cable can only break by accident or improper use
