Charged two days ago after backing 4 days ago. It was expected to ship yesterday but nope. Still says expected to ship 2/21 but it's 2/22 and still nothing. This is my first time using massdrop so far not a good experience. I paid extra for 2 day shipping but that seems like a waste now. Hope massdrop figures this out for me please.
I backed 8 days ago and paid extra as well, no tracking info yet.
Yet everyone that ordered yesterday and the day before already have their shipping info. I contacted massdrop yesterday and today and haven't heard back.
Thank you. All they sent was a receipt. From when they took out their money. And they said yesterday they was gonna send me it. Then they say tomorrow. So today I'm gonna see if I get anything, but yet nothing so far.
Don't feel too bad. I backed on Feb 11th. Email says they expect to ship on the 27th, but here on the transactions page they gave me an estimated ship date of yesterday, the 21st. Still no shipping info or anything, but then again it isn't the 27th yet either, lol.
Got a response from support basically saying it's the vendor and that's it with no ETA other than I'll get an email update today sometime. I'll probably never use massdrop again. Not cause bad products because mines MIA but the fact people who pre-order get put on the back burner.
This is my first time using Massdrop as well. The way it was explained to me is that this is a great resource to pick up some good stuff at a bit of a discount from time to time, but one shouldn't use it to buy stuff that falls into the "need right now" category. I'm assuming that this is probably one of those reasons why. The frustrating part for me is that I have never had anything close to a good headphone before, the amp I plan to use is already here, and I am just too excited to be able to see what I have been missing out on all this time.
Ya and the fact that others already are having there's shipped out when they didn't back early. It's like a Kickstarter but for a real product. Sennheiser should be ashamed to work with them and same to LinusTechTips.
I sent GamersNexus an email with screenshots of the horrible customer service I just got where she copy pasted her response (literally did it twice) and failed to answer my questions even remotely. Also sent a link to the many conversations about this product failing to ship to pre-ordered customers first.
Yeah order placed on 19th and still nothing also paid for the pointless 2day shipping

So got tracking for FedEx finally. Go to track it and "Not found
This tracking number cannot be found, please check the number or contact the sender."
Same literally just got mine and doesn't show up
You shouldn't have to worry, Massdrop and items sent will get sent to you. There's TONS of orders that need to get sent out at once. So they're in the middle of processing their orders. Whatever shipping you choose is once they process your order, not the moment you order. You'll get a tracking number soon and then the shipping will be in the form you paid for.
We have tracking numbers, they just say there is no package found
Because labels get premade... you have to wait for them to get their product in bulk to the ship centers.
And people who didn't pre order got there's sooner and that the site said it would be processed yesterday.
Got mine today, 2 days after getting shipping notification.
and? Preorder doesn’t mean a thing on massdrop. Payments all get processed once the drop is over. It’s not counted in whoever orders first. Boohoo, just be glad they even have a this headset it this price
People are complaining about the fact that if they canceled their order from the drop right now and purchased the one currently for sale, they would get it shipped like in 2 days like this guy.
Lucky you. I paid extra for 2 day shipping hasn't gone out and FedEx says it will arrive the 28th. I want a refund for that shipping.
Bruh it's not the headset. I don't care how cheap you are I'll pay more if it's good service. STEAM you know the most popular place to purchase games has a motto that works and Massdrop take notes. "Our goal is to create greater service value than pirates, and this has been successful enough for us that piracy is basically a non-issue for our company." Meaning better service out weighs better price cause free is free but if you get good service I'll definitely pay more.
Ya cause that's not how it should work. If you pre ordered a video game at GameStop and went and they told you you have to wait cause blah blah blah reason /wait times and then turn around and sell a copy to a new customer who didn't pre order and back it early. Like a Kickstarter where the people who invested early don't get there product but new buyers are getting the full released version and its a week later. Does any of this sound fair to the customers that would pay before the thing is even available because they care. And I know it's not a Kickstarter campaign so that gives them less of an excuse.
I wonder if everyone who paid for expedited shipping is having this delay. I am in the same boat as you in regards to shipping. Some users ordered theirs 2 days ago and already received theirs yet here we are. Paid more, wait longer. What gives?
Mine is expected to arrive the 28th and shipped out today. That's according to FedEx. Now Even including business days that's more than 2 cause FedEx already has it and is moving it from PA to some where right now.
I'm going to ask for a refund on the 2 day shipping.
If it's longer than 2 days I want my money back. Only fair.
When you pay $15.00 for a 2 day expedited service do you expect your shipment to arrive in 2 days after said ship date? By the way, weekends don't count towards ship days. If my ship date is 2-21, can you tell me when my package should arrive? I'll wait for your response...
Mine is expected on the 2/28 and was shipped on 2/22 and thats still more than 2 business days. Plus it was supposed to ship on 2/21 so that's even more delayed.

Contact support. Their support sucks but making noise might help.
Instead of of complaining on this shipment issue, we should shift and voice our concerns to help support and motivate Massdrop founders to build a stable shipping foundation. At the end of the day we are here for what they have to offer. Just my thoughts.
Ya that's why you contact customer service so they can be aware of the issue.
I have and they replied. If everyone with an issue does not reply they will have no idea what needs to be fixed.
Still waiting, it's the slowest 2 days ever and they just made it even longer with expected delivery of 3-1.... what bullshit
