I know I am not alone here but I am really upset about this whole shipping ordeal. I paid for express shipping, Massdrop takes my payment for express shipping and process it as free shipping to deliver on 2-27-19. But wait their is more, FedEx just updated me this morning to "your package will now arrive 2-28-19 end of day. Yes! This is with the $15.00 express shipping! I need a shipping refund. The fire to reorder from Massdrop has become dormant for me. More upset than mad. I don't have extra people sitting around waiting for packages while I'm at work. I don't have the time to deal with this issue.

To be fair, this has been an issue for me with FedEx delivering a bunch of stuff from Amazon and others too. UPS is almost always onpoint, but from my experience FedEx is constantly claiming there's some issue holding things up. I had a jacket from Huckberry delivered 4 business days later than it was supposed to, and I had to sign for it. Thankfully I had it delivered to my office, if I had been waiting at home, I would've been heated. So I wouldn't be too hard to Massdrop, other than to say, ship it UPS!

To be Honest, my issue is with Massdrop. I paid for Express shipping which FedEx just confirmed to me that this order was placed using the most cheapest rate possible which also pushed back my order another 3 days and is probably sitting under a pile of packages till then. If a customer optionally pays for a premium for a service, I'd expect Massdrop to honor that request. I hope my package was marked with fragile or something.
