Is customer service blatantly ignoring anyone else about their order of these? I pre-ordered on the 14th.
Mine supposedly shipped on the 21st, but the tracking information says they are still labeled for pick-up.
Filling out a support ticket here on top of sending an e-mail to the help desk address have yielded no response.
I think someone mentioned something about weather delays but for an entire week? I don't think so. I have literally no clue when I'm going to receive these.
