Is the bluetooth portable CREATIVE E5 headphone amplifier powerful enough to drive this 600ohm HD650 Seinheiser headphone? Please advise. Thank you.

L2019600 ohms tells you sources capable of high voltages (high impedances) are preferred. It says nothing about power (watts) required. High-voltage does not mean high-power. You can drive these to almost ear-damaging levels with most standard sources. If you want truly ear-damaging volume levels, these can be achieved by most dedicated music players and sound cards and your E5 because the maximum voltages they produce are higher. If you really want to completely destroy your hearing you can go to dedicated high-voltage (high-impedance) DACs. For the sake of your hearing, do not buy a high-impedance DAC imo. The only source I have ever seen that was inadequate for my HD650's is a tiny (~1cm) Google-branded USB-C DAC used on its Pixel phones.
