For $195 USD, this is honestly a steal and definitely worth your money versus a slew of other options in the market. It heavily emphasizes in the clarity and the bass sounds very natural--not fatiguing over long hours of use. Currently running the HD 6XX's with a FiiO E10K and Dolby Atmos to increase its sound detail. Overall, the volume is loud enough (like half the volume of a 30-150 Ohm headphone @ 100% with power gain on the E10K) even though the E10K can only power anything under 150 Ohms. Another thing to note: there's a slight "crackle" to the bass in some songs when both the bass and power gain is set to high and volume is set around 90%-100% (a song like Logic's "44 More" simulates it) ~ it's likely due to the low power output of the DAC/Amp. I'd still recommend buying an Amp that can power anything above 300 Ohms or more and pairing the headphones with a higher quality DAC to get the most out of it. If budgets are tight, then pick the E10K up for a starter, Although, don't expect to use the pair for gaming. Some games can sound too low (such as Rainbow Six Siege, Modern Warfare, The Outer Worlds) for these cans on the E10K.

VerityThe "crackle" is your amp clipping! It cannot drive 300 ohm headphones properly. Get a good amp/dac and you will notice a huge difference! I have a Schiit Magni 3+ amp & a Schiit Modi 3 DAC, and it drives my 600 ohm headphones really nice! It even drives my 2k ohm (45 yr old) Sennheiser HD 424 head phones with purity! (even though not rated for an impedance that high!)

VerityCan confirm that Siege seem to have lower volume than other games apparently. Had to crank the volume knob around 12oclock on my magni 3+. I use the cloud alpha as my headphone
