Mine arrived today as well, indeed the silver version, and the sweet smell of brand new paint, plastic and velour, and it sounds great out of my Harman Kardon receiver, I'll do more critical listening after fully burning them in.
I, too, am re-buying the HD650 so not too much excitement, just feels warm and fuzzy to have an old friend back.
Surprisingly did not get hit by any fees, I'm beginning to think that Christmas shopping is a conspiracy intended to overwhelm customs with too many shipments so most slips through undetected - will definitely buy again next Christmas season.

Indeed , I had to pay $58 customs as a Canadian. That makes this deal cost a total of $470 for us canadians (thats 410 for product+ shipping+ conversion, and 60$ duties).
Still a pretty good deal, I love the sound of these cans.
P.S DoctorX, If you are Canadian and you didn't get the duties, your deal sounds much sweeter :)

Just wondering what the shipping time was like from the time the package left the massdrop building to your front door? I am in Canada as well and would like to have a general idea of how long it might take.
