Here in the UK, CCL (customs) say they notify people but they don't. Now I am having this issue, they claim to have sent the parcel to Yodel, while Yodel say they've received nothing. So investigating where it could be. All these add up to the overall cost, don't think I will ever do this again, people beware of all the hidden costs, even the unquantifiable ones (e.g. stress, calls, emails, nerves, etc). Unless in the US, doesn't worth the effort really, especially in the UK with £ being now a weak currency.

In the U.K. Mass drop never informed customs of customers email address. I had to phone them up then everything was sweet.
