PaulngI have a similar monitor (Samsung CF791), it works like this: In Windows or the Nvidia control panel, I can choose either 60 Hz or 100 Hz from a drop-down list. Furthermore, I can set any custom refresh rate I want by creating a new profile within the Nvidia control panel.
