I received mine yesterday. FedEx dropped it off and it sat on my porch. I called my neighbor and luckily he was home and held onto it for a few hours till I got home. First I connected it to my computer to make sure it worked and there aren't any issues. No dead pixels, thank God. Then I VESA wall mounted it and attached LED back light strips. Detaching the stand is a pain. But I can still see why they designed it the way they did. However, the surface the VESA mount attaches to should not be plastic with a gloss finish. I can just see it being scratched super easily. Also, out of the box there was a scratch on the back (before I took the protective plastic off the surface). Nobody will see the back so I didn't care that much. At first, I noticed a line all the way down the middle of the display (see last picture, it was easier to notice in person). But, today after using it awhile that seemed to have gone away (thank God again). So far I have played PUBG on it and Rocket League (graphics card is GTX 1080 TI FE). PUBG was buttery smooth at 100Hz, and I think it actually improved my game play. Rocket League looked fantastic, the colors and effects really shined. And this is all at factory default monitor settings. I can't wait till I really start to tinker with that and research what others are adjusting (yes, each is unique). In summary, first impression for this monitor was a really great buy for the money, and now my basement home improvement project is almost complete!

Massive17Thanks! Months in the making. Completely redid the area, walls, electrical, everything. Had the VESA wall mount for this monitor on the wall, sitting there bare for 2-3 weeks just taunting me, lol

Massive17LED Strip: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076PD9RT8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I wouldn't necessarily recommend this strip. If I had to do it all over again I'd get a good quality LED strip, one where you can connect to a raspberry pi and coordinate the lights with the display. The strip I have is cheap, and the adhesive on it is worthless. Wall Mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BCUM766/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 These wall mounts may not be ideal for me. I can't have the top monitors completely centered unless I am okay with them located further away from the wall. The previous owner of the house did not set his studs at the standard 16 inches. If they were, perhaps my top monitors would have been more centered.

Massive17I used hot glue to secure the LED light strips, I had several issues with the adhesive failing behind my TV and in my floating entertainment center. And it was a huge pain to take them down to redo it all (since the majority of the wires are fed thru the wall). So I recommend doing that at the beginning. Also, if you're putting them behind your monitor, order a pack of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016IG41PE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 BE SURE TO TEST after you put them on but before you mount your monitor. Using those connectors I've never gotten the entire line to work on the first try. Just trying to save yourself a little trouble.

MrMarblzWhen I opened your initial response on mobile, for some reason all I could see were links to amazon and didn't see you comments. I came back now and saw your comments. I was like oh shit lol . Well they're both arriving tomorrow, if anything is bad I can always return since I got them from Amazon, but thanks for the warnings and additional info. After seeing people's comments, I'm way more concerned about the quality of the monitor. Fingers crossed that mine doesn't have any issues.

Massive17Yeah, that was funny. I was thinking "he decided to get them even after I said I wouldn't necessarily recommend them," ha. Anyways, they 'work' but aren't the best. I initially got the pivot arm mounts so I could center them exactly, and a bonus would be move them depending on how I want to sit at my desk. But as you can see the top monitors aren't 100% centered at the ideal distance from the wall. And I don't want to move them due to all the wires required. I didn't end up hot gluing the LED strips to the back of the Vast monitor yet because of the reported issues. Just in case I request a return/exchange, but after a few months I am probably going to because I know those strips will start to fall at some point...

Massive17Yikes, that is bad. You wonder if there was actual "quality assurance" performed. Some of these pictures you wonder how nobody could notice these things.

MrMarblzYea. The main issue with mine is the light bleed and the monitor sits higher on one side as others have noted. They're sending me a replacement.
Also, I noticed the black levels don't look great, but I haven't calibrated it and someone mentioned to check the Nvidia control panel.

Massive17Just got the replacement and unfortunately the back light bleed is just as bad if not worse than my first unit. And I got a dead pixel which isn't that bad since it's just one.
I just contacted support to see if they can send me a replacement and I'm open to the idea of someone opening it at the warehouse and checking it before shipment. Let's see what happens.
