I can't help but notice this resembles the Hibiki R2R dac. Incredible resemblance in fact. The main chip appears to be a Xilinx chip and labeled as Massdrop airist audio RD100-x. If this is indeed a design from SoSolar, please give credit to the Hibiki r2r dac designer, SoSolar. This dac module was made around late 2015. Correct me if i'm wrong. But this sure caught my eye. He even has a balanced version of this design.

bunkbailThey worked 2 years on the R2R they say, seems quite dishonest if they just copied someone else's design from a DIYaudio forum....

TimConnor... and even a balanced version is available?!?! That's what I would have loved to see in this drop... with proper credit given to the owner of the design.
