Easily the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn, owned, or possibly even looked at. If you have issues with finding comfortable headphones for long periods of time then look no more. I've tried to walk away from my computer forgetting that I'm still wearing them, they' that comfortable. 6/5 for comfort.
As far as build quality, definitely good, not exceptional, but very good, I'd say 4/5, nothing overtly bad but some things that just didn't quite feel "quality".
But the real reason you buy headphones is the sound, and yeah, they sound really good, as good as any of the other $200 headphones I've heard, and better than many costing more. Since sound quality is so subjective I'll just give my impressions.
-better bass than expected from open back headphones
-relaxed highs
-immense soundstage
-imaging a little relaxed, not precise
-details are good but not great
-good dynamics but needs good power to make it happen
Overall 4.5/5 for sound quality. Loses points for imaging and some very, very minor blurring of details.
Minor annoyances:
-proprietary headphone cable connection
In summation, I'd say that these are top tier $200 headphones, you may be able to find ones that edge them out slightly on sound quality, and/or build quality, but I'd wager significant money that none will be more comfortable.
