sunvash7Schiit Fulla 2, if you don't need a DAC get the Schiit Magni 2.

sunvash7You may not even need an amp for these (if you have extra money to spend and you want better audio quality, just buy better headphones).
I've heard good things about the FiiO E10K and the Schiit Fulla 2. Though I'm going to have to disagree with @fiveman1 on the Magni 2, it's well beyond what these headphones could possibly need.

sunvash7If your laptop has a 3.5mm jack then it should have both an amp and DAC built-in to it. What you need to buy will depend on how good the laptop is. In general, a better DAC will reduce interference (static and pops) and a better amp will make headphones sound louder and possibly a bit better.
I would wait for the headphones to arrive and buy the Fulla 2 and see if it makes any significant difference to you. It looks like Schiit will let you return it within 15 days if you're not satisfied (but you need to pay a 15% restocking fee and return shipping).
