Audio was good until the left ear cut out completely after a couple months of usage. Seems to be an issue with the shoddy quality soldering and wiring they use in the headphones. Right ear works fine still but absolutely nothing in the left ear. Headstrap is incredibly uncomfortable and I bought a memory foam insert to fix (fine after that). Plastic pieces on the right and left broke after a couple months of normal usage, they don't seem to actually do much. Overall the worst headset I've owned and sadly not based on quality of sound. I have contacted support to see what can be done as I think these are potentially good and I just happened to get a bad set.
