Has anyone tried aftermarket earpads on these?

PrzecinekI'm considering the Brainwavz hybrid pads, but I didn't know about the Beyerdynamic pads as aftermarket pads for other headphones- Thanks. How do they improve the M220s?

DarrylGI got them with EDT-990V. Very comfortable but you trade it for softer bass response (unless you are a bass head that might be a good thing).

flechtBy softer, do you mean more quiet, or less tight?

DarrylGI ran across these on Amazon, priced at $21. They don't look any thicker than the stock pads, but they're advertised as being made of sheepskin: https://www.amazon.com/NEOMUSICIA-Replacement-Headphones-Sheepskin-Cushions/dp/B072LSVD8C

DarrylGMore quiet. My stock AKG K550mk1 have more bass now. On stock earpads it's the other way around. Velour provides less isolation so it was expected.
