Not intended as an insult to anyone, but can we, as the collective zeitgeist please stop saying "colorway" instead of, you know, "color?"

While I guess it was used correctly in this context, I do see people use that to refer to one color of something; a shade of leather, the finish on a pen, a hat color, etc. Possibly people think it sounds more sophisticated?
