Oh boy do I got an update for us all. I reached out to the Support Team and they responded to me by saying this,
" We do apologize for the delay in shipping your order and are doing everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible.
Your concerns about this drop are understandable and our logistics team is looking into what is going on but seems like the vendor did not have enough units to fulfill these orders and we had to wait a few days for them to finish production of the items".
They also said to keep watch for future updates via email from their "logistics team". Seems they just forgot to manufacture a couple pairs.
Hope I could ease the frustration! :)

Well, at least they were a bit more specific in the mail you got, They just told me that they will let us know in a group mail.

The post sales discussion is mainly for us consumers to share our opinions of why we got these headphones and/or why they are good. Also this is the section where you normally get updates on status of your package (Post Shipment), and while you wait to hear from people and wait for updates its also a nice place to maybe have a casual chat about headphones (like what's new) with the other people here. :)
