CommonSenseUsedI don't know how much power those amps put out, so it's hard to say for sure, but I would think they'd be able power the headphones to at least a reasonably good volume level. As for your second question, I'm not a gamer, but hopefully someone who is will chime in.

CommonSenseUsedThe soundscape is great for gaming. I have no problems distinguishing directionality.
