My transactions page says its been shipped to my address but it's been like that for a week now. But, the order status says the order is placed with the vendor. I'm not sure what to make of that.
The email they sent when the drop was finalized said they would give us a status update at the beginning of July and they would likely be shipping in mid-July. It's the end of July and I haven't heard anything. I am totally understanding if there is a delay or they simply aren't ready to ship, but it disappoints me that they couldn't follow through with the simple communication they promised.
I'm in agreement with you. I've been waiting for the communication as well. This is my first purchase from massdrop and the lack of communication is a bit off putting. I'm hoping they show up soon and surprise me
I'm surprised they haven't shipped yet, especially for those that joined it before the original drop date ended. They did say that extending the drop wouldn't have an impact on that.
I received an email on 07/07/17 saying they are hoping to have it shipped in 3 weeks. Not sure why you guys didn't get an email.
I just got an email from massdrop with a tracking number stating they are shipping today. I guess I should expect it in a few days!
