I'm conflicted as to what to do with mine. Unfortunately, they are likely going back due to a 2x2 section of long nap and a cut on the inside of the same quarter I fear will get worse over time. I tried to brush out the nap with little success and they actually look worse in person than in the photo. They fit great and I love the sand color. I have the other two colors and they are both perfect pairs. Though I did have to exchange my chocolate pair through AE directly as my first pair of chocolates had 5-6 cuts on the exterior. Unfortunately AE is deferring all quality issues to Massdrop and no longer remaking / issuing exchanges.
