Nice to look at, especially in Sand, but the issue is/will eventually be, the lack of any lining. You may not want a lined boot, but without some kind of lining you end up with a very flimsy/floppy no-structure shoe. And by the way--it's also why they're "inexpensive" so to speak ;- )

RayFI don’t have these, but I do have a pair of similar (though probably better) unlined Alden chukkas. They are definitely floppy, but that has never created a problem on foot. They just don’t look very pleasant sitting on the rack.

tegeus-CromisThere is actually something stiff around 2" in length starting from the toe and the heel also has a strip running up and down. I've seen people use travel shoe trees that aren't as tight of a fit and it keeps the shoe in great condition. And still looks great on the rack.

RayFI love my floppy suede office slippers! I picked up trees one size smaller than I usually use and they work like a champ.
