Ok, just planning ahead... I know I need a 12 E with the 5 last. Anyone know how that translates to the 511? The 5 is long, so I'm guessing a 13 in the 511, but D or E is the question... any ideas? (or, will it be possible to return these boots if they're sized wrong?)

npaustis 12E your normal size? Some people size down for the 5. If 12 is your Brannock, I'd go with that.

IanAndersonMy Brannock is something like 12.5 D. I was just at an AE store last weekend and found that 12E is the right size for me in a Park Avenue on the 5 last. I think your suggestion is exactly right though, I need to go back and try on something on a 511 last.
