Order says you are required to collect sales tax to NJ this is incorrect. By LAW NJ does not collect sales tax on shoes. Please see page 20 of the NJ state tax code I will buy once you correct your error of collecting sales tax illegally http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/pdf/pubs/sales/su4.pdf

Bond007Right from the help center on this site you say you should not collect sales tax for clothing but you are. Check the link above to the tax code of NJ shoes are clothing.
From your help center: Members who live in the following states are subject to sales tax when purchasing items on Massdrop:
California New Jersey (with the exception of clothing items)
From NJ tax code "Sales of articles of clothing and footwear for human use are exempt from New Jersey sales tax."
So why are you collecting sales tax?????????

pb924Support got back to me and said just place the order and then from the confirmation page contact support for a refund of the sales tax.
